Human Resources / Personnel and Pay Specialist

Due to vibrant development of the company, we are looking for a candidate for a post of a Human Resources / Personnel and Pay Specialist.

Requirements:

• at least 2 years of previous employment on a similar post
• high school education or higher
• excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software
• knowledge of SAP software will be an advantage
• knowledge of current law regulations, labour law, social insurance and tax law
• excellent work organisation

Duties:

• dealing with personal files
• independent processing of employees expenses and drafting the payroll
• human resources services
• processing social security office (ZUS) and tax office (US) issues
• labour time keeping
